9Pretty much agree with Victor here, I played a game as the Dominicans vs Haiti AI, and it was quite enjoyable (as enjoyable as playing against the mediocre AT AI can be) The heavy fuel cost for air operations is a nice touch, requiring you to really think about when to launch a strike.

9excellent small scenario! plays well against the AI. and i really like the sugar resource, it helps a lot in giving this scenario the banana republic feeling.
