Small General manual : The unit

A unit has a number of properties that determine its behaviour. Most are displayed on the counter.
Move Points
Move points available are depicted by white blocks to the left side of the unit counter. Moving 1 hex always costs 1 move point for infantry and guns. Mechanized units pay 2 points for moving into forests and 1 points for other moves. (yes this means Heavy Tanks cannot move into forests)
Experience
A unit can have upto 4 experience levels. These are displayed as stars to the right side of the unit counter.
Attack and Defense Value
Attack value is displayed as a white coloured number on the left bottom side of the unit. Defense value is displayed as a white coloured number on the right bottom side of the unit. If the unit has a different defense value versus mechanized troops then this number is displayed in black on the right side of the regular value.
Combat State
A unit can be disrupted, shocked or panicked due to combat. If it is disrupted the left corner is coloured green. If shocked the left corner is coloured yellow. If it has panicked the left corner is coloured red.
Supply State
A unit can have supply problems which will cause it to have a blue right corner or be out of supply which will cause it to have a much darker blue right corner.
